We had a great stay at this hotel in a bustling area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Best aspects included cleanliness, convenient location close to everything but quiet, and parking. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with beautiful rooms and well-appointed amenities. Additionally, staff members were friendly and accommodating.

Great location and convenient to everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well and we always felt cool. the free parking was really convenient.

We were supposed to have a view of the ocean, but the windows were so small that it was really hard to see anything. the balcony was shared with other guests and it was always occupied.

The windows provided great insulation, blocking out outside noise. The professional, silent air conditioner quickly cooled the room. Free parking was a bonus. The location was excellent, just steps away from the main street with restaurants and shops. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Located near the port, Villetta Nautica Faggioni provides guests with a parking card for free public parking nearby. the hotel is within walking distance to Punat's finest beaches, restaurants, and shops. Despite being close to everything, the hotel is also quiet. the rooms have a modern and clean interior and come with a small fridge for added convenience.

Although the provided balcony is a great feature, unwelcoming guests may occasionally prevent fellow travelers from using it.

This place is a gem! I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location in the port was perfect – close to everything but surprisingly quiet. From here, I could easily walk along the seafront to the most beautiful beaches, like the lovely 'Medane' beach just 20 minutes away. The hotel also offers the convenience of boat rentals right outside. Additionally, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, making it incredibly convenient for dining options.

Families will highly appreciate the accommodation at this hotel.

Likes Great location just steps away from the shore and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and bakeries, yet still manages to be peaceful and quiet at night. the apartments were beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for our stay.
